Ok. So, i have decided to upgrade to the latest security updates, but, then, when I installed them, I got a message about windows file protection asking for my sp2 cd so that some of the unrecognized versions made by the system could be restored, but then, the problem is that if I don't do it right now, or when asked, the system slows down a lot and well its not as stable. The problem is that i don't have a sp2 cd. Does this mean I should buy a new one? I thought these were updates.... and i downloaded and installed sp2 as well. Suggestions?
oh yah, I forgot to say that i have to use system restore to restore my system back to where it was and welll actually it doesn't let me install the updates anyway.... i mean well it uninstalls them, so yah. i don't know what to do but i guess i would stay unsecure.... arg, see? all witht the making money purpose
